I find it both amusing and depressing that apparently nowadays, your social status is established by the number of your facebook friends and the amount of times you're mentioned in a status update or tagged in somebody's profile picture. Not to mention the number of comments and thumbs up you gain on anything you broadcast on the interwebs (Hey! Comment on this will ya!)
The other day, I apparently pissed off a girl in my class by handing in the long-term assignment that was due that day - her reason being of course that she had better things to do than finishing it in time. Such as partying every night and celebrating her loss of memory every morning.
Her resolution was to storm off after said class, immediately find her best gurl to tell me off in my absence and - brace yourself for an immense shock - deleting me off her list of aquaintances, otherwise known as "Friends List on Facebook". As if that wasn't enough to make me cry yet, her best friend - who I have occasional friendly talks with, having known her for a lot longer than the girl that was actually angry at me - also deleted me.
Yeah man. You sure showed me.
I yet again frown upon the lack of maturity in oh so many people my age. And in pretty much anyone over 16, at which point to me it becomes kind of sad if you do such things as never confronting people about the problems you have with them. Seriously? What's the point in acting like you don't take shit from noone if you can't even confront them about unimportant shit like this when at the same time, you're letting it get to you so much?
Although. I should probably assume that... what I consider an overreaction is just the right amount of daily drama for an attention whore.

Bye-bye Premium
Seeing as my premium membership expires tomorrow, I thought I'd say good-bye by using the sweet, sweet possibility of pimping your journal entries once more.
In other news, I will actually be starting uni in a few weeks - mixed feeliiiings :XD: But I'm mostly excited. I wonder how tough law is really going to be - and whether or not I'll end up sticking with it.
Also, I have a trip to London coming up in 2 weeks and I can't wait~, I miss London, haven't been in way too long.
Blah. I wish I had something meaningful or contemplative to share, but I really don't have anything on my mind right now. Or at least there's nothing that wouldn't ta
DDs
Is it just me or is there a MLP fanart among almost every set of DDs nowadays? It's really starting to get on my nerves. Partly because I don't watch the series, but mostly because I think it's not fair to give one single subject this much attention. Aswell as inconsiderate towards the people that don't care for it.
Also, the bigger part of DDs have little to no description at all. What's up with that? I care about what's up with this picture, dammit -.-
Tolerance
Something that keeps occuring to me... a lot of us aspire to be tolerant - which is a good thing - but also a lot of us choose what to be tolerant towards.
Which is pretty hypocritical, but also pretty natural.
I'm no exception. Among other things, that I might not be as aware of, I don't tolerate intolerance. Now, I am aware of this for two reasons:
1. It's such a nice contradiction.
2. I find my reason for it quite rational.
A friend of mine brought it to my attention once that, if you choose to be tolerant, you should also have to be tolerant towards neo-nazis, who are still a big issue here (partly because of our painful awareness o
I Hate Finishing Games
It sucks T_T It means the story's over and you no longer get to speculate about what's gonna happen next and and and... it's over :(
I just finished "Enslaved". Great game. But. It's oveerrr :(
Now I'll have to spend money again...

Almost 18 hours and no single comment on it - this must be a very bad journal entry... what a drama!
Ok, seriously - I agree with what you wrote. Also, the bad news: It doesn't get any better. Those people who are acting stupid and immature at your age now won't do otherwise later. The damage was done long before.
So keep being amused but don't get depressed on that. It wouldn't be worth it. And let them their daily drama - that's probably everything they have.
In the end it's all about what you do with your valuable time - and with whom you share it.
Btw, very nice photos and artwork in your gallery!
